Data collected

This website does not set any cookies. The only personal data collected is what you enter in our forms (contact, website feedback): name or first name, email, phone number, arrival date and message.

Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages viewed, where visits come from, device type, country). This tool sets no cookies, does not track you across websites and only produces anonymous statistics, used solely by us to improve the website. It therefore does not require your consent.

Purpose and retention period

This data is used only to answer your enquiry. It is neither sold nor used for advertising purposes. It is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange.

Service providers

Messages from the forms are sent by email via the Web3Forms service. Online bookings are handled by Open System (Alliance Réseaux), which has its own privacy policy. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides the audience measurement.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
